Light Home Remodeling

Got a room that isn’t living up to it’s potential? Let’s reclaim your space with upgrades in form and function.

Display of paint swatch sample cards arranged in gradient colors from green to pink.
A laundry room with a front-loading washing machine surrounded by shelves with baskets, towels, wine bottles, and plants. There is a woven basket with a green potted plant and a laundry bag on the floor.

What does the process look like?

While every room is different, here’s how a refresh generally flows:

Step 1: Design Consult

To kick things off, I come to your home for a design consult. Together, we’ll outline the vision for your space. We’ll go over your big-picture vision as well as details like layout, furniture, materials, finishes, paint colors, etc.

If you’d like me to prepare design mood boards, I would do it at this step. (Click here to view an example.)

Time: Approx 2 hours

Step 2: The Big Updates

While I don’t do major renovation projects like wall demo, plumbing upgrades, etc., here are some of the big updates you could expect:

  • Painting

  • Plaster / drywall repair

  • LVP flooring installation

  • Cabinet installation

  • Custom storage installation

Step 3: Finishing Details

Step 3 is when it all comes together. This is when I install light fixtures, hang shelves, mount a TV, and clean everything til it sparkles.

After an HGTV reveal moment, you’ll start enjoying a new relationship with your space.
